in the cover art, the white price box and cover price of $3.50
indicate that this is not a special version of the comic.
The title on the cover of the comic, Shadowman, is colored blue.
This regular version has been confused with the gold variant version.

The gold variant limited incentive comic is also chromium-covered,
but the price box is yellow/gold, and there is no cover price.

The non-chromium version was a much lower-ordered book than the chromium,
even though the cover price was a dollar lower at $2.50. As a result,
the non-chromium $2.50 version is six times rarer than the $3.50 edition.
